We are a non-profit, volunteer-based, NO-KILL animal welfare league. We provide services in southwest Mississippi. We are dedicated to helping abused, abandoned, or injured domestic animals; preventing animal cruelty; advocating and carrying out spay/neuter programs; and establishing a NO-KILL animal shelter. We dedicated to helping our SMALR friends that can't help themselves.
