Speak for Animals is an animal welfare group that has three major areas of focus. We offer a low-cost spay and neuter program to residents in Upstate SC, we coordinate with the local Meals on Wheels program to provide cat and dog food for the MOW participants who have animals, and we advocate against the chaining of dogs. Most of our money goes to the spay and neuter program.
