The Foundation was established to assist in the protection of the Pure Spanish Horse (P.R.E.) breed, including sharing of breeding stock and breeding information throughout the world. We educate owners and the public about the P.R.E., its history and traits. We sponsor shows and programs that introduce the P.R.E. to the public, and we provide protection for P.R.E. horses in endangered cirumstances by rescue and/or relocation. We maintain a strong and cordial working relationship with the parent Stud Book and the entities which administer its rules and regulations.
