FurEver Friends Animal Rescue Network is a no-kill 501 rescue organization located in Western North Carolina just on the outskirts of Asheville. We assist clients from Buncombe County and adjoining counties as well as surrounding states as necessary. We rescue dogs from other shelters about three times a month when they are full and have no alternative but to put dogs to sleep to make space. We work with several shelters in Georgia that use gas chambers because we feel this type of euthanasia is inhumane. We do our best to help all those that come to us or we try to recommend alternatives to them if we cannot help them immediately.
