Rolla , Missouri

PCAWL is a new, nonprofit organization whose goal is to promote and improve the welfare of animals in Phelps County, primarily through support of the Rolla Animal Shelter. We are not formally affiliated with the shelter, nor do we receive any funding from the city. However, many of our board members volunteer or visit the shelter on a weekly basis. We are also Big dreamers, and are working toward the goal of a "no-kill" community in Phelps County in which no adoptable animal will have to be euthanized due to lack of an available home. With an emphasis on spaying and neutering, and early education our group hopes to impact our community of companion animals and make changes that will last a life time. [view full description]
