Sound Pet Animal Rescue and Referral (SPARR) is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization concerned with the welfare of dogs and cats. SPARR started its rescue in late 2005. We rescue stray and abandoned dogs and cats from high-kill shelters place them in caring foster homes and then adopt them into loving, life-long homes.
