The residents of New Hill have formed an organization, New Hill Community Association (NHCA), to oppose the siting of the Western Wake Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility (sewage plant) in the center of our community. We are not opposed to this plant, we just do not think it appropriate for the center of our historic distract. We are only asking that the powers that be build this facility 1.5 miles down the road.
