Whiskers Project is a trap-neuter-return program for feral and stray cats/kittens in north georgia. In addition to providing financial assistance for surgeries and rabies vaccinations, we assist in fostering adoptable cats/kittens for adoptions and help caretakers with any medical assistant for their colonies that they may need.
