Our dedicated all-volunteer staff strives to humanely trap, neuter, and release (TNR) feral cats to control the feral cat population as a highly effective alternative to euthanasia. We will manage existing colonies, relocate feral cats who are in danger, and socialize adoptable kittens. Since a pair of feral cats that are not spayed or neutered can produce close to 420,000 offspring over a seven year period, TNR can potentially save hundreds of thousand of lives. Knoxville Feral Cat Friends is a project of Peaceful Kingdom, a Tennessee non-profit 501c(3) organization. KFCF was founded in 2000 by a small group of people dedicated to the care of Knoxville's feral cats. The ever-growing group works on a volunteer basis to feed, water, and TNR hundreds of feral cats in the Knoxville area. We do not take in unwanted pets, but we will direct you to the appropriate agency.
