he K-9 New Life Center is located in Virginia Beach, VA. We are raising funds to build a no kill shelter for homeless dogs of all sizes, shapes and colors. The K-9 New Life Center is like no other shelter. These dogs have been taken in and given their own room, bed, and toys. They are able to romp and frolic everyday with the other dogs and receive lots of attention from our care providers.
