We are a small non-profit whose mission is to provide people with the tools to increase the meaning in their lives. We create holistic health and well-being media which we currently broadcast via the Internet. We have an active bulletin board, monthly text newsletters, and create a monthly audio magazine which is interesting, accessible and helpful.
