Is shopping at your site secure?
Yes.  Every one of our merchants offers safe and secure shopping.

How much money does my cause get from my shopping?
Your cause will get the full percentage of the purchase price (minus tax, shipping, and handling) shown in the
Mall at iGive.com.

Do I have to start my shopping from iGive.com?
Unless you install the iGive.com Shopping Window, the answer is yes.  To get credit for your cause, and to qualify for exclusive member deals, you must start your shopping at the Mall at iGive.com or through any iGive.com Newsletter.  iGive.com Shopping Window users are able to go directly to a store (like "www.LandsEnd.com"), and the Shopping Window will make sure your purchase qualifies for a donation whenever the store is part of the iGive Network. Installing the iGive.com Shopping Window is an optional part of registration.

How do I get credit for my cause from my purchases?
Simply be sure to start your online shopping at the Mall at iGive.com or through any iGive.com Newsletter. Doing so allows iGive.com to automatically track your shopping and credit your cause with the appropriate donation.

How do I know I've gotten credit for my purchases?
As a member, you´ll have access to your online "Shopping Activity Report" for a record of each of your purchases.

When will my cause get the money?
Checks are sent to causes monthly, 75 days in arrears.  This allows the merchants time to report merchandise returns:

At our causes' request, iGive.com does not send checks for amounts less than $25.  If an account has less than $25 at the end of the month, the funds will carry over each month until $25 accrues.

What if I have a problem with my order?
Contact the orders or customer service department of the merchant.  We're also providing a new tool for members to help you track your packages.

If I make a purchase from a store before they are part of the iGive.com Network of stores, why can't I get credit for that purchase?
Unfortunately, only those purchases made AFTER the store joined the iGive.com Network count.  Why? Because only iGive.com members can earn money for their causes for their purchases, and only after we make an agreement with the merchant to donate a percentage of your purchase to your favorite cause.
