By using TNR {trap, neuter, return}through combined efforts with Animal Welfare, they tirelessly work at trying to keep outdoor cats from overpopulating, thereby enabling people to continue to feed the feral[and sometimes actually friendly] cats in their neighborhoods without the burden of constant new generations of kittens overrunning many areas, most of whom, sadly, would probably starve or otherwise die before reaching adulthood.
