Bali Cultural Association Welcome to the website of the Bali Cultural Association in the United States of America (BCA-USA). BCA-USA is a non-governmental, non-profit organization representing the interests of the Chamba People of Cameroon, West/Central Africa. The organization was created and launched in 1988 in Atlanta, Georgia, as a forum dedicated to promoting the social, educational, and cultural well-being of the Bali people in the Diaspora.
